- NEEDED - Service/Support Technician

Job Description

Hardware

Perform preventative maintenance techniques;
Perform schematic and technical reference reading;
Perform fault isolation techniques;
Perform soldering and de-soldering techniques;
Perform parts ordering procedures;
Perform assembly and disassembly;
Provide documentation of repairs;
Perform equipment check-out;
Perform new site preparation;
Perform delivery and installation;

Software

Perform remedial troubleshooting;
Provide basic installation, configuration and testing;
Perform installation and configuration on Windows 2k, XP, 2003 SBS and 2008
SBS;

Other

Respond effectively to client inquiries in house and remotely;
Provide semi-monthly activity reports to management in accordance
with company policy;

Trainees accepted. Salary commensurate with experience and professional certifications
